Shipping fee for Peninsula Malaysia is RM8, Sabah & Sarawak is RM16.
Local and international delivery will take 10-15 working days once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse. This is only applicable for READY STOCK items & DOES NOT apply for PRE-ORDER items. It is customer's responsibility to check the status of the item upon ordering as they are stated clearly on the website if the item is READY STOCK (ORDER NOW) or the item is under PRE-ORDER (PRE-ORDER NOW).
Oh no! Sorry about this. If you received a wrong item as opposed to your original order, please let us know immediately.
Appreciate if you can provide us a few photos of the wrong item and your order details emailed to ask@fitgear.shop. We will exchange your item for a correct one. In the event if your correct item is out of stock, we will reimburse your money to your payment method.

Credit/Debit/PayPal
Payments though debit/credit cards are verified by Paypal are done to avoid any fraudulence activities. For payments with debit/credit card, please select PayPal and choose "Pay as Guest". If you wish to proceed to pay with your PayPal account, please sign in and pay as you would with other sites.
Online Transfer ( BillPlz )
You can process a payment transfer (via online banking) to our account by selecting BillPlz during check-out. No extra charges will be imposed via this payment as we have absorbed the necessary fees for customers that pays via this method.
ATM
You can bank in to us via Cash Deposit machines to our account accordingly and email the proof of payment to ask@fitgear.shop. Please provide us your order number, personal details and the proof of payment for easier verification.Please note that if you do not make payment within 24 hours of the order, your order will automatically be canceled.
Yes, you can but you will need to email as within the first 24 hours so that we won’t process your order. T&C apply.

All items are applicable for exchange except for Sales Item for Wind Lite Towel, TSA Lock & 6L Drypack on www.fitgear.shop are exchangeable and returnable within 365 days from the date of purchase.Items that are damaged, marked or altered by the customer will not be accepted. Any items returned under these conditions and/or fall under non-returnable categories will be sent back to the customer.
We’re pretty stringent with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip through the cracks. If your product is faulty, or we've sent you an incorrect order by mistake, please send it back to us within 7 days from date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. We will bear the postage fees of shipping item back to us during the return process.However, if you change your mind (it happens to the best of us), or wish to return an unwanted* gift, we will still refund your purchase if we receive your request as long as the items are in the condition you've received it (Unworn/unwashed). Kindly note that the shipping fees for the return process will not be covered and your refund will be processed based on the original purchaser’s payment method.

You can return any item to us within 365 days as long as the item is still with tags, unworn & unwashed. Email us at ask@fitgear.shop and provide us with your order number, name of item and the reason for returning. Our customer service representative will be happy to assist you with the return process.
*Free gifts and accessories are to be returned back to us with the return item.
Yes of course! When you return your item to us, kindly state in the return form the new size that you want and we'll process it accordingly. While stocks last.*Exchange or item that is equivalent or lower in value only.
Unfortunately, we don’t (unless it is returns for product defects). Shipping costs are borne by the customer and we are not liable for replacements/exchanges/refunds until the item reaches our office.
